Veteran Appreciation @ Tacoma Rainiers

Scheduled for Labor Day weekend - Saturday August 31st, 2013

Join us for the 1st Annual - Veteran Appreciation event at the Tacoma Rainiers.

This great event is possible through the collaboration of the Tacoma Rainiers and the National Alliance to End Veteran Suicide.  The game in the evening at 7pm against the Sacramento River Cats.

The exciting part is our exclusive Operation Welcome Home tailgate event prior to the game, starting at 1pm in the north (outfield) parking lot.   Our exclusive game tickets allow access to food, fun, live music and Veteran friendly resources.  Then as the stadium gates open around 6 pm, we move inside Cheney Stadium and have our pregame show to welcome home our Active Duty and Past Duty Veterans.

To join us for this exciting Veteran Appreciation Event we have arranged exclusive discounted tickets for everyone to enjoy.  We recommend that you bring your friends and family.  

As a bonus, your ticket will also get you into the Wounded Warrior Softball game in Cheney Stadium from 11:30 to 1 pm.

* Business owners that would like to donate tickets to our Veterans and their families, please call Chris Aubertin -Tacoma Rainiers at 253-761-5631.   You may either have the tickets to hand-out yourself or they will be handed to NA2EVS to give out.   Main focus for tickets with NA2EVS will be to our Wounded Warrior Battalion on JBLM and local VA Hospitals.
* Civilians or concerned citizens that want to honor our Veterans please consider buying tickets and taking your Veterans to the event as a way of thanking them for their service to our country and for your freedom.
